Minas TV was able to do exactly what they said they would do...that gets 5 stars from me.

I paid the diagnostic fee for my broken 42" LCD tv; they called me the next day to tell me what it would cost to fix it. I accepted (on a Saturday), and it was ready at the end of the day Monday. My diagnostic fee was applied to the total repair cost, so I paid $70 to find out what was wrong, and another $100 and some to get it fixed...about half the price of the TV brand new.
